What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT)  is a non-surgical approach to the rehabilitation of dysfunctions in the pelvis that contribute to bowel, bladder, sexual health, and pelvic pain complaints. Treatment may include behavioral strategies, manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and/or functional retraining.
